  • BGV case creation & query handling: Background Verification to be initiated for every new hire depending on the requirements from the client, upload the documents of the candidates on the automated portal, handling the queries of the candidates wrt the documents, handling queries of the Vendor for BGV on day to day basis, take approvals for any differential cost for any specific checks from the RDU or hiring manager. Seeking exceptional approvals before the onboarding of the candidate, for deviation from agreed BGV norms, from the hiring manager/client or the Project Management Team/ HR manager as required. Chasing the candidates for the uploading of BGV documents and any queries which needs to be answered by candidate to the vendor on daily basis. Once the report is completed, downloading the report from the portal, share with the concerned recruiter/hiring manager/PM team and upload in the share folder for future purposes. Saving Disclosure Scotland certificates in secure HCL repository as and when received and if there is any discrepancy this needs to be highlighted to the HR/PM team/hiring manager/recruiter for further action. Intimating incumbent of closure of BGV.
