Passionate about technology and e-commerce. Started Apik.ai with a mission to make D2C EPIC. D2C is growing at a fast pace already but lacks trust due to which majority of customers shop from a few big marketplaces only. There are fundamental gaps in the overall D2C ecosystem and Apik's north star is to bridge this gap. Prior to Apik, I was part of Amazon's Last mile logistics team for 7+ years. With a team of 50+ people, I've led the creation of scalable solutions that manage over 3B database transactions and serve 50M+ customers worldwide. With a fleet size of 50K+ lockers, Amazon Lockers manages 160MM+ packages across 15+ countries. My strengths lie in creating high-performing teams that deliver goals, aligning people towards a broader organizational vision, and delivering solutions with significant customer impact. I love working with people, helping and coaching them to grow further. Love to be surrounded by people who are insanely more talented than me. I am passionate about technology and always eager to link business with technology for solving customer problems at scale.
