• Built the Analytics and Data Science Team from scratch for Tata Digital Financial services.
• As part of the role, I spearheaded the innovation and implementation comprehensive ML solutions to create first of it's kind marketplace of Lending, Investments, and Insurance.
• We took the Tata Neu HDFC Credit from launch to 1.5M card issuances becoming the largest single variant credit card issuer in the country. The Tata Neu risk score, income estimation and address confidence score were key initiatives accepted by HDFC BANK significantly improving our lead to disbursal efficiency more than 3x as compared to open market sourcing. Then we scaled this efficient funnel to more than 50% of the overall card issuance and eventually crossing the 100k monthly card issuance numbers within 2 years of launch.
• Devised algorithms to create in-principle offer from most of the lenders on our marketplace without sharing PII protecting customer private data. Generated more than 50M pre-approved offers out of 200M captive customer base.
• Similarly, we created the first of it's kind pre-approved instant term life insurance with Tata AIA without any checkups for elite e-commerce customers which are active across Tata Digital group and cross-selling engine for Motor, Health and other insurance products.
