About

As the Head of User Experience for MakeMyTrip and Goibibo, I lead a talented team of UX designers and researchers dedicated to delivering seamless, user-centered digital experiences across India’s top travel platforms. My role combines strategic oversight with hands-on engagement in key projects across different verticals, where we continuously innovate to align user needs with business goals. Currently, I'm deeply involved in advancing our capabilities in Generative AI, where we’re leveraging AI-driven insights to create predictive, highly personalized experiences that enhance every stage of the user journey. This work represents an exciting frontier in our commitment to pushing the boundaries of user experience within travel. Before my tenure with MakeMyTrip and Goibibo, I was with Emantras Technologies, an e-learning company, where I established User Experience Design as an integral part of the project life cycle. Earlier, I served as a UX Designer at Infosys Technologies, one of India’s largest IT service providers. These experiences laid the foundation for my approach to creating seamless, impactful user experiences. I’m also passionate about giving back to the design community, particularly through my involvement with UXnow, North India’s premier design conference, where I contribute to a collaborative platform that inspires learning and growth within the industry.

One of my recent areas of focus is integrating Generative AI to enhance personalization and predictability in user experiences, positioning MakeMyTrip at the forefront of travel technology.
