I’m a product manager who thrives at the intersection of AI, design, and business. I lead Rovo Chat - the conversational interface integrating into every part of Atlassian’s suite of products - bringing AI to users where ever they are, whatever they’re doing. I co-founded MeetPaper, a direct-to-consumer marketplace connecting artisans in conflict zones directly with global customers. Starting with Kashmiri papier-mâché, we’ve expanded across crafts and regions supporting 35+ artisans, distributing CAD $10,000+ in income, and building sustainable livelihoods while preserving cultural heritage. Previously at Microsoft, I was a PM lead at Microsoft Copilot, where I launched the Researcher agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot, helping millions of users explore topics deeply, synthesize knowledge, and create research-backed outputs with citations. Before that, I drove query formulation in Outlook Mobile Search, bringing AI-powered search to a quarter billion users, and helped build Context IQ, now a foundation of Copilot’s third-party data integration. Earlier, I led Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, designing hyper-personalized customer engagement journeys and building an event channel that powered Microsoft’s global marketing events. My career began at Cvent as their first Indian Systems Analyst for an international product line, earning “Rookie of the Year” while designing analytics-driven solutions. Whether collaborating with engineers, UX, or researchers, I believe in open communication and co-creation. Many of the best product ideas I’ve shipped were sparked in team conversations.   • Building the next generation customer engagement platform, focusing on creating an easy to use and scalable multi source hyper-personalization system. Currently in private preview phase, with 15 customers already signed on, this version was conceptualized and delivered in 8 months.
  • Additionally, manage the event channel of D365 Marketing, an OOB solution for delivering small, medium and large events, both in person as well as online. Grew the usage and adoption of the event channel to where nearly 50% of all active customers regularly use events, allowing for product penetration into otherwise unreachable markets.   • Delivered customer value month after month, keeping a razor sharp focus on market needs (latest release included a one click experience to enable online webinars and events on Microsoft Teams - to allow users to keep engaging with their customers during Covid).
  • Regularly work with UX, research, engineering, sales and marketing to deliver high quality experiences. Have strong relationships with partner companies, building a trustworthy and user focused group of product advisors who help create the best possible version of the product.
