• Me and my team are at the forefront of taking M365 apps people and organizations in emerging markets. We work with teams across boundaries (Org, Team, Geo) to identify opportunities for everyone to achieve more, and deliver on this. We shipped the M365 apps on the Amazon Fire devices which brings multiple productivity apps on that platform and similar other platforms. As a parting contribution to this team, I dug into my entrepreneurship skills in birthing release for Alumni Relay and getting it off the ground a few weeks, while working with multiple stake holders.

• I work on enabling M365 apps for the Emerging Markets. Prior to this I was with Go-To Market team of Kaizala: and am accountable for the early adoption and rollout of Kaizala with various enterprises. My responsibilities include (and not limited to) being the SPOC of the product team with the customer, doing whatever it takes in enabling the customer achieve more using Kaizala; and as a result enable Kaizala reach a wider user base - and of course providing the product team a feature backlog based on the experiences from the customers.
• I have been directly accountable for successful customization and usage of Kaizala for (1) Reliance(2) Walmart India (3) Indian Railways (4) SERP (AP Gov) (5) MahaOnline (5) Narayana Health (6) Telangana Police (7) Mastercard in LATAM.
• Kaizala has >5M downloads with all these initiatives directly contributing into it
• Prior to the GTM team, I was driving initiatives in improving experiences with the WXP apps on Android and iOS and proposed a framework for consumption experiences enhancement across the apps, along with implementing features based on this framework for Word app. These resulted in extremely favorable user verbatim in the app feedback, and positive movement of key telemetry indices for app usage. (Usage, Edits, Undo's)
• I was accountable for bringing PPT onto Android and iOS platforms in 2015. Once the usage consolidated, I also introduced premium features like Presenter View, Morph Transitions and Designer Feature onto the mobile platforms. Additional responsibilities include driving periodic updates based on market conditions, scope the releases and work on feature requirements etc. I also work to ensure good ratings for the app on Google Play and drive usage for the app. The includes having a customer connect to understand the user sentiment and pulse, and having the team respond to user feedback on the product.

• Owned multiple feature areas in the first release of PowerPoint on Android including the landing experience in opening a document and the content that needs to be rendered
• SPOC for app performance during the first release on Android for all of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Owner of the Word app that was part of the Office Mobile on Android releases
• Worked on the release of Lync Web App with ownership of areas including App/Screen Sharing, PowerPoint sharing, Content Bin.
• Owned customer engagements activities including TAP driving the adoption of Lync family
• Worked on multiple releases of Lync phone.
