• FreshID: a platform for unified experience for all Freshworks’ suite of products:
• Role: I helped rearchitecting a Java based HTTP monolith service into a gRPC based multi langauge multi micro service platform managed using Kubernetes.
• I worked on development, and code review, in Java(Spring), and Golang along with hiring, leading teams and building projects from scratch.
• Helped with CI/CD and Infra setup, logging, tracing, monitoring, alerting using zipkin, stackdriver, docker, helm, terraform, spinnaker, jenkins, EKS, Github.

• Freshconnect​: A chat product for collaboration in context for agents across all Freshworks products
• Built the product from scratch. Helped with Frontend(EmberJS), Backend(Golang). Hired, onboarded, mentored and led a ​10 engineers team​ to pull off a time bound project in 6 months. Handled work distribution, sprint management, release planning, tracking roadmap and growth stats.
• I kick-started WebApp and API server using G​olang,​ EmberJS, SocketIO,​ did schema design, prepared a modular backend, wrote DB interaction layer using Gorm(golang library). Took care of all inter team technical design and communication with other microservices for: login, pub/sub, scheduling, notifications, data syncing.

• Built a collaborative chat platform and plugin for Freshworks’ suite of products in jQuery - HTML -
• CSS. Worked with product teams to ideate and build features for customer engagement.
• Developed a microservice platform for collaborative applications in Golang - DynamoDB. It handled ​40K rpm with 5.4 ms​ p95 latency.
• Learned many things including hiring, project management, customer service, technical design,
• architecture of API services, end to end product development, agile etc.
