Lead Designer for Payments on IDEAL, DBS' institutional banking platform. I collaborate closely with business, program management, UX research, content strategy, and marketing teams to follow a human-centred design process, understanding customer needs and leveraging data analytics to craft delightful experiences that positively impact the lives of our customers. I have design and tech experience in building delightful experiences for Mobile (Android / iOS / Windows) and the Web. I am a full-stack designer and follow a customer-centric design process that is structured, inclusive and data-driven while being aligned with the organization's business objectives. My skills include interaction design, UX research, stakeholder management, customer journey mapping, creating user stories, information architecture, UI / visual / motion design, and prototyping. I employ a wide variety of tools in my workflows including Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Proto.io, ProtoPie, Overflow.io, Zeplin and After Effects in addition to HTML/CSS and Javascript.
