• I worked at Prime Video on the Playbook service. I was also part of the platform team, where I implemented and designed an auto-scaling feature for an ETL-hosted service that handles over 10 million transactions per minute and transfers 6 TB of data daily within a single region. Additionally, I designed a workflow management system to orchestrate various components involved in the creation of the data pipeline. I also mentored an intern and successfully helped them convert into a full-time employee.

• I worked in the Payments team, where I was responsible for managing the end-to-end user payment journey across merchant websites and physical stores. I led the design and implementation of QR-based transactions—including UPI and Bharat QR—within both the Freecharge app and third-party applications, while also adding support for EMI options and velocity checks based on various parameters.
• To enhance security and performance, I developed a session store for detecting fraudulent transactions and built a custom caching library. In alignment with RBI regulations, I implemented the Official Valid Documentation (OVD) flow within the merchant payment system. Additionally, I introduced TDR/MDR fee logic based on different payment instruments and led a team of five engineers to drive these initiatives forward.

• I served as the lead developer of KloudTalk (https://www.kloudtalk.com/), a cloud-based call center product built on modern WebRTC technology. In this role, I was responsible for designing and implementing key features of the platform. One of my major contributions was the design of a proprietary communication protocol to optimize real-time interactions between clients and servers. I developed the WebRTC client for the web and also implemented core modules for the Android application. To ensure seamless connectivity across networks, I set up STUN/TURN servers for NAT traversal. Additionally, I customized the open-source tool SiPp to conduct load testing, helping to validate the product’s reliability and performance under high traffic conditions.
