• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across Pan India for multi-location setups, managing large-scale employee headcounts (3000+), ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, salary reconciliation, and full statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS) with audit-aligned accuracy.
• Oversee complete HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, induction, BGV coordination, medical claim processing, letters/HR documentation issuance, lifecycle changes (transfers, confirmations, exits), and seamless offboarding with compliance alignment.
• Develop, review, and implement HR Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) to align HR strategy with business goals — including manpower planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-effective execution of HR operations.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance and audit readiness, handling monthly, quarterly, and annual filings/payments for all labor legislations and coordinating with internal and external auditors for zero-observation closures.
• Drive digital transformation of HR processes through end-to-end HRMS (Darwinbox), automating onboarding workflows, background verification integration, and real-time data accuracy via HRMIS.
• Regularly review HR policies and processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
• Generate and present data-driven HR dashboards, MIS reports, and budget forecasts to senior leadership enabling cost optimization, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
