• Developed an nDCG scoring framework, adopted by 100+ DS/ML engineers & PMs as the org-standard for evaluating ranking models, driving consistency across dozens of A/B experiments.
• Built scalable data pipelines on GCP to collect and analyze metrics from millions of daily search queries, providing real-time visibility for search performance.Led the efforts for application services/database migrations from on-prem to public clouds(Azure/GCP).
