• Part of 4-member US team which setup Yantra India.
• Expand India operations: IT infrastructure, systems, processes and recruit & train employees. Yantra India ws more than 500 employees when I left Sterling Commerce.
• Piloted development of Order/Inventory Management (OMS) for B2C/B2B companies.
• Architected two complete WMS product releases.
• Managed maintenance team for the WMS product that was used by about 15 different customers with over 30 live installs.
