I am currently working on the BIServer component of the Oracle Business Intelligence
Platform(OBIEE). OBIEE is a tool that provides the logical view of databases and provides
functionality for the user to query the database using the logical view, also it provides reporting
and analytics functionality. The BIServer comprises of the core of OBIEE and deals with SQL
Query processing. It takes the logical query, converts into physical query. It optimizes the
query so that the query processing takes less time and then fetches the data from the
database.
