After finishing college I knew I wanted a career that will allow me to interact with different people every day. In my very first internship, I learned about recruiting and fell in love with it instantly. To clarify, I didn't fall in love with the fact that I had to go through hundreds and hundreds of resumes everyday trying to find that perfect candidate. What I did find most rewarding and interesting are the relationships I built with the clients and with the candidates I was servicing. It was exhilarating and challenging! It felt like I was making a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better career to pursue!Now with over 10 years of experience in full life-cycle corporate recruiting under my belt, I continue to be excited to come into work.
