• HireSure enables companies to transform their candidate experience with AI. This reduces time to hire, increases join ratio and gives candidates a delightful joining experience.
• I designed and developed the core experience engine, smart chatbot and an AI driven engine to predict the joining and engagement of candidates.

• flipClass solves a simple but important problem: how can we expedite the learning of students while ensuring that learning objectives are met and retention is enhanced? If we were to describe this endeavor in one word, it would surely be "personalization"
• The "personalization" comes from AI-based flipClass platform hosted in the cloud which can identify, and match learning needs to an individual student while simultaneously learning to improve itself.
• While as a CEO, my primary responsibility was to manage the overall operations and resources of the company, I was deeply involved in technology in flipClass. I designed and architected​ the entire platform and coded the personalization/analytics engine which can scale to millions of users.

• My work in Pearson involved two major projects:
• Edurite.com (January 2011 - April 2013):
• I started the education e-commerce portal of Pearson Education Services, called edurite.com. Through fully responsible for the portal, my primary interest ( and contribution ) was in technology and digital marketing. We used some sophisticated text mining techniques to analyze the search terms and create learning products based on those. In approximately two years we served to 100,000 customers across the country.
• TutorVista ( March 2010 - December 2011):
• My responsibility in TutorVista was to get loads of traffic from multiple sources (organic, inorganic and social media) and optimize the traffic for conversion. This involved managing a team of developers, a bigger team of SMEs/content writers and an even bigger team of vendors. Under my leadership, TutorVista was getting 6 million unique visitors on the site which made it very attractive for Pearson to buy it. What happened later is history (and quite a story too).

• In Career Mantra, we developed a state of the art cloud-hosted Web 2.0 LMS (called Gyankosh LMS) with features like social & collaborative learning, assessment, and self-paced/instructor-led learning. In parallel, we were also doing e-learning/training services for companies like Wipro, HP, Quest and Click & Buy to fund our product development.

• As head of LBS ( Location Based Services), my responsibility included developing location-aware mobile front ends on multiple platforms, tools for gathering and cleaning location data and partnership management.

• In Xora, I was responsible for product management of its flagship product Xora Time Track and was also managing the team of mobile developers. I also contributed few algorithms/new products ideas for performance improvement and new features in GIS/GPS domain.

• I founded Amogha in December 2005. In Amogha, we developed algorithms for non-GPS positioning and used this in creating a vehicle/resource tracking system which was non-intrusive and very light on energy consumption. Amogha was acquired by Xora in August 2006, a world leader in mobile resource management (MRM).

• In Openera, I led a small team which was working on SIP clients for multiple mobile platforms like Symbian, Windows Mobile and J2ME.

• Kyocera Wireless was a leader in CDMA mobile handsets with close to 40% of the worldwide market in 2003-2004. I led a team to develop software for a low cost color handset, a version of which was launched in India with Tata.

• I was working on a maintenance project for a large retail client based in the US. Though my contribution was few bug fixes per month, I learnt a lot about processes and unix programming.

• I developed a prototype for automated coal washing using multiple sensors (pressure, distance, density etc.). It was my first attempt at automation. The prototype worked as expected (in fact better) and the results were published in great journals.
