Follow up: • Following up with the candidates shortlisted and processed, primarily to build rapport with them. • Following up to create a healthy network in the corporate. • It is done to build interest levels among the candidates. • Follow ups also signify that the candidates are an important and valued resource for the organization. Employee On boarding: • Onboarding a candidate on the promised date at the client place or in-house. • Recruitment process is a success only after the completion of Joining formalities by the candidate and making sure consistently, that the employee has job satisfaction.
