Sourcing: • Picking up the best suited requirements for myself among the ones allocated and investing quality time into sourcing for them, which also includes conducting research and a little study on the requirements to be performed. • Understanding the requirements of the client. • While creating the key strings tweaking the skills and extracting the best suited profiles available on the web. • Pending sourcing process if any, that is continued from the saved searches. • In case if any candidate is being shortlisted or considered to be processed, pending research on the projects that are being done, skills that have been used, organizations worked for and the institutions from where he has gathered his academics mentioned or relevant for the requirement complimenting the position that is open, is also a part of the daily chores. Selecting: • Choosing the right candidate from the best picked ones after a detailed discussed with each one of them. • Understanding the rightful candidate for the requirement by not compromising the candidate’s demands from his/her expected job profile as well. Follow up: • Following up with the candidates shortlisted and processed, primarily to build rapport with them. • Following up to create a healthy network in the corporate. • It is done to build interest levels among the candidates. • Follow ups also signify that the candidates are an important and valued resource for the organization. Employee On boarding: • Onboarding a candidate on the promised date at the client place or in-house. • Recruitment process is a success only after the completion of Joining formalities by the candidate and making sure consistently, that the employee has job satisfaction.
