I’m a product and operations leader who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience. I focus on solving complex problems end-to-end: improving margins, strengthening compliance, building scalable systems, and shaping products that work reliably across global markets. At Plivo, I manage the messaging P&L and lead product operations, from routing and delivery optimisation to fraud prevention, vendor management, and enterprise pricing. I’m especially drawn to challenges that require analytical depth, cross-functional coordination, and a balance between business needs and technical realities. Previously, I drove Strategy & Operations at HighRadius, driving automation and influencing product, customer success, and support. Before that, at UnDosTres in Mexico City, I worked across growth, CRM, category management, and partnerships—building new products, scaling revenue streams, and improving user engagement through data-driven experimentation. Across roles, I’ve consistently gravitated toward ambiguity, ownership, and systems-level thinking. I enjoy developing teams that operate independently, building processes that reduce noise, and creating products rooted in efficiency, trust, and customer value. Outside work, you’ll find me trying to beat my best 10k time, working on my squash game, or supporting Chelsea with probably too much emotion.
