• Led and worked on the design of user side website and admin side portal from scratch to finish. Revamped a 10 year old website with outdated UX practices and technology to a faster more holistic one. Conducted user and competitive research - designed best user flows for maximum user productivity and business ROIs - designed modern UI to aesthetically support the best UX - tested workflows and website with users to evaluate the product - made changes and enhancements - ideated new features to improve product as a whole - provided KTs to developers with Loom screen recordings and flow diagrams - provided high fidelity design for development - evaluated co- designers’ works from a Product POI - ideated conversion funnels for users and implemented the same with a team - managed PPC for the product - helped backend with data validation and DB structure to ensure it matches designs and user needs.

• On admin side - evaluated efficient business processes - did internal user research to understand team psychology - revamped processes to be shorter - designed a clean to use directed admin panel with holistic features and standardised processes to ensure maximum productivity- ensured high customer satisfaction from admin process view.

• Gained product and market knowledge by researching users and competitors. Understood internal business processes. Laid out workflows and user flows for best UX practices to initiate the revamp project with. Revamping a 10 year old business with old UX practices is not easy and needs a lot of groundwork to be laid in order to start process smoothly. The same was done I’m this time period. Also designed a subsidiary sister company website for business incorporations with amicable UX which take the users through a good workflow. Businesses are very complicated when it comes to incorporation and users need to be guided holistically.

• Started a culinary club from scratch given my love for food and cooking. The expertise I gained in the same during the lockdown helped me guide other students. But more than being a chef this was a managerial experience. I had to hire a team for 30 from scratch who can holistically run an entire chapter. We had to start from nothing. We created a website, made social media pages with amazing content and reach, aggregated events. This experience taught me how to start and lead a team. It taught me to upkeep morale and enthusiasm. Take hard decisions when I had to. We are not better than ever and I’m happy I have recruited and led the right people that are handling the future of this club

• We are a holistic team that works on equal footing despite having different positions. This chapter has given me near real-time work experience, relationships and skills that you can see down. We were a team of 18 when we started and are the best in what we do in our university and that by itself should show the amount of skill, work and responsibility that goes behind it.
