I am currently working in the Founders office at Leap - we are a series D startup, where we offer a range of tech enabled products and services to help students study abroad. I work on different key projects across the company which will lead to revenue growth or finding new avenues of revenue growth. Prior to Leap, I have been at Urbancompany - for most of my UC stint I have led the salon business for the South geography, where I worked on core operations, user experience and strategy, which led to the geography growing 17% YoY. I managed a team of 7 folks directly and 25 folks indirectly - truly enjoyed working with some of the best and sharpest folks. I have also worked on 0-1 category building in UC (defining PMF, user research, service design), worked on 1-100 category re - defining and worked on central growth and innovation levers. Zomato was my first stint - I started off in sales, after which moved to do account management for restaurants in Kolkata - handling their portfolio and growth in Zomato. Was moved to key accounts - where I handled top 20% accounts for East India which contributed to 50% order volume. I enjoy working in fast paced startups -; It is challenging,it involves building and is high impact. Have truly enjoyed working in each of these companies and built it like my own - want to keep doing more of that :)
