• Launched key products including the One Health Score - India's first science based "health score", critical clinic ops improvements contributing to a 50% NPS improvement and reductions in leakage

• ACKO’s industry-first D2C “zero waiting period, zero deductions” health insurance plan - sold exclusively through online digital channels. Also led initial go to market.
• ACKO’s industry leading claims experience - where we doubled NPS in <6 months
