Harsh is the co-founder of CarbonStrong, a startup building innovative solutions to decarbonize the construction industry. The mission to help solve for climate change and create a sustainable future. He has over 7 years of experience in strategy, finance, BD and management consulting across various domains, including renewable energy, electric mobility, and battery technology. He is passionate about driving innovation and impact in the climate-tech space and leveraging his skills and network to make a difference. Before starting his own venture, Harsh was the Head of Finance & Strategy at Log9 Materials, where he raised $20 M in equity and $10 M in debt financing to scale up the company's battery production and deployment. He also worked closely with the CEO on strategic planning, fund raising and investor relations. Prior to that, Harsh was part of the CEO's office at SUN Mobility, where he supported their $50 M fund raise and helped optimize their go-to-market strategy, business model, and value proposition in the electric vehicle sector. Harsh also has extensive consulting experience, having worked with EY on projects involving global clients, such as a global auto OEM, a global PE, a global power utility, World Bank, NITI Aayog, and Ministry of Power. Harsh holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Roorkee. He also has multiple certifications in AI, VR, and value creation.
