• I completed a six-month internship focused on vaccine manufacturing and industrial research, gaining hands-on experience across both production and R&D workflows.
• During the first three months, I worked on the Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (production area), performing biochemical assays to estimate antigen and polysaccharide content in upstream and downstream in-process samples, SEC-MALLS and HPLC, exposing me to core analytical techniques used in large-scale vaccine production.
• In the latter half, I joined the tech transfer team for polio vaccine development, where I trained in tangential flow filtration (TFF), chromatography techniques (SEC, IEX), SDS-PAGE, and ELISA.
• I also briefly got the opportunity to be with the Yellow Fever virus team, gaining experience in mammalian cell culture and expanding my understanding of viral vaccine development.

My responsibilities included managing club funds, organizing events during cultural festivals, and coordinating fundraising activities to support differently abled individuals in our city. This role deepened my skills in financial planning, event coordination, and social impact.
