Before TRMG, I spent half a decade with J.P. Morgan, New York & Mumbai, on various IPOs/FPOs and M&As in the Consumer & Retail space, including the $3.3bn acquisition of Tropicana by PAI Partners and the $9.6bn sale of Subway to Roark Capital. Started my career post MBA in financial due diligence and transactions advisory services at EY M&A for the Americas region, covering sectors such as Oil & Gas, Consumer Product & Retail, TMT, and Aviation.
