My Responsibilities were
Clinical responsibilities:
Periodically assessing clients, setting goals, provide treatment (in Neurology,Orthopaedics,Haematology,Rheumatology,Geriatrics,Oncology,Plastic surgery and Community based treatment) educating clients and care givers, recording progress and deciding discharge with the team members, writing discharge summaries and also organizing games, sports, picnics, groups for the clients.
Non clinical responsibilities:
Manage the Occupational Therapy unit, maintain records, inventories, attend case conferences, take seminars for the team members and students, organize groups, workshops, conduct patient and caregiver educative programmes and host entertainment programmes.
Responsibilities as a tutor:
Teach, guide, supervise, conduct tests and evaluate the performance of the students, junior interns, senior interns and junior staff periodically.
