I’m extremely excited to help TalentHut grow, through deepening our relationships with exceptional IT talent and clients. My experience has taught me that no matter how well-thought-out strategy and processes are, they cannot run well without a strong understanding of and trust in the people you have around you. I enjoy connecting with new people and creating partnerships that last over time. My 18 years’ experience with a range of projects demonstrate three important threads: 1) a hunger to understand how complex processes for strategy, operations, production, and execution work together and can be optimized; 2) the ability to form trusted relationships which are at the heart of every professional endeavor that matters; 3) the ability to affect meaningful, positive change in the teams and organizations I work with. From my early years in event management, in which I grew from a narrow role in production to 360° executive leadership role, I developed strategy with and for clients, managed diverse teams of employees, oversaw vendor relationships, negotiated rates and oversaw production, I learned to have a holistic view of business operations. I learned to anticipate and head-off potential obstacles so things got done, on time and within budget. I transitioned to the private school landscape, in which I used my skills to help companies understand their customers, how to meet their critical needs, and how to communicate with these customers to grow business and trust. In my current role, the underlying principles remain: helping grow TalentHut through a deep understanding of the marketplace and establishing solid relationships throughout that growth.
