I'm a product designer with a non-linear journey that started in teaching and engineering, and eventually led me to designing digital experiences. I've worked across healthcare, SaaS, and insurance, and I genuinely enjoy making complex systems feel intuitive for both users and the teams building them. At Fluent Health, I focus on designing thoughtful, user-friendly interfaces that balance clarity with functionality. Whether it’s wireframes, prototypes, or polished UI, I enjoy working through the details to make things feel seamless. In previous roles, I’ve built a design system from scratch, mapped user flows using BPMN, and designed everything from chatbot conversations to insurance app journeys. I’m comfortable navigating ambiguity, collaborating across functions, and contributing wherever design is needed most. Tools of choice: Figma, a whiteboard, and way too many sticky notes. Design ethos: Function first, then finesse. Also: I firmly believe Figma comments can be their own art form.
