After finishing college I knew I wanted a career that will allow me to interact with different people every day. In my very first internship, I learned about recruiting and fell in love with it instantly. To clarify, I didn't fall in love with the fact that I had to go through hundreds and hundreds of resumes every day trying to find that perfect candidate. What I did find most rewarding and interesting are the relationships I built with the clients and with the candidates, I was servicing. It was exhilarating and challenging! It felt like I was making a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better career to pursue! Now with 6 years of experience in full life-cycle corporate recruiting under my belt, I continue to be excited to come into work. Recruiting has allowed me to leverage my passion for building and nurturing relationships while remaining challenged to find that perfect candidate in today's competitive talent market. I thrive on working with my leaders to support them in shaping and building their teams with the most talented, diverse, dedicated and exceptional players in the market.
