• I have a 3.8 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive at Thomas Cook India Ltd. Handling telephonic and walk in enquiries and provide end to end service to the clients for their international travels was my daily work. Co ordination with respected team was also the part of my job for on time and smooth services. Understanding the need of the client and reach to their expectations along with organisational policies was something I was dealing with.
