• Vedantu aims to disrupt Education by democratizing knowledge. The vision is to create a ‘Knowledge Network’ where a learner and learned can be connected anytime, anywhere. Vedantu started as a B2B product (a cross­device LMS) and has recently pivoted to a B2C product (on­demand learning over Internet).
• I was responsible for starting Vedantu from ground­up right from converting the very high level aim into Product requirements, Proof­of­Concept creations, Technology Stack conceptualization evaluation and erection, Technology Architecture, Development Management and Development. I divided the development track into milestones and made sure those were met in a timely fashion.
• I built the entire Vedantu Technology and Testing teams from scratch and helped in recruitment of other function members like Design, Content and Business Development as well. I groomed the entire team from being freshers to highly skilled contributors.
• In the B2C model I led the product to cater to 5 customers with 30000 users. While in the B2C model (before I moved on) we had just started in alpha I led the product to cater to 50 students and tutors under 3 weeks. I ensured both the products to be very elastic to handle high load and scale.
• I oversaw the entire technological spectrum of the products including:

• Verse stands for Vertical Search. Its a Mobile VAS company. It creates products for verticals like Jobs, Real Estate, Education etc. that can be consumed by users on the mobiles over SMS, Voice, WAP and USSD channels.
• I worked on creating crucial components and backbones of the product offering both under the guidance of the CTO as well as an individual contributor in direct consultation with the Product team. I created a huge impact on the Sales (Verse and Client teams) by independently creating an in­house MIS framework that provided useful periodic and ad­hoc insights.

• expenditures by shifting to the most optimized tariff plan.
• In the small team of Yourbillbuddy.com (YBB) I helped the Product Head in brainstorming on the features to be built. I also contributed creating the technical. I contributed in end­to­end development of the product.
• Post its launch YBB touched 5000 registered users in 3 months. We continued working on and evolving the platform. It was later turned into a B2B2C product that was customized and deployed inside various Telecom Operators.
