• As a team, we assessed the abolition of Section 21’s impact on the real estate market in England. To do so, we conducted research regarding UK law, common practices of landlords, tenants and interviews with different parties of the Private Rented Sector. It also involved monitoring the UK political system. Our final report was recognized by the ESCP - London Campus as the best company consultancy project from 2019, the Green Book and 5 Business cases methodology were applied to it. The report will be part of the discussion at Westminster where the abolition will be discussed.
