  • I'm the Founder and CEO of G-P (Globalization Partners), which enables anyone to hire anyone, anywhere, quickly and easily via our AI-driven and fully compliant global employment solutions. You find the talent, and we put your candidates on our already-established, fully compliant local payroll and contractor platform in 180+ countries. Our company culture centers around hiring the best and brightest, inspiring them to do more than they thought possible, and showing them fierce loyalty in return. Together we have built a reputation as the most competent brand in international business. In exchange, I strive to build a company employees love, by implementing programs like our 5-year sabbatical. We've also won recognition for our 97% customer satisfaction scores. I’m proud to say we’ve accomplished our “side mission” of proving that running a business with a triple bottom line results in radical success.

  • This was a project undertaken while on sabbatical from High Street Partners and before launching Globalization Partners.

High street partners, inc. (exit)

Sr Director, Ops & Sales (Various Roles) (Exit)

Oct 2005Oct 2011 · 6 yrs · Silicon Valley & Southern California

  • High Street Partners (acquired) was a software-enabled international business services firm that redefined the international business services sector by providing one point of contact to manage global HR, tax, accounting and payroll services. The Company sold in 2014 for ~$100m and merged into a new company, Radius. I absolutely loved this business and learned much about running high-growth companies during my tenure here. It was also where I learned to navigate international tax, legal and HR matters on behalf of some of the Silicon Valley's highest growth companies.
  • As the 5th person on board the early team of High Street Partners, I advised the CFOs, General Counsel, and HR Directors of hundreds of US-headquartered technology companies and universities expanding into dozens of countries, while playing a wide variety of roles as a member of the executive team, including:
  • Growing HSP’s footprint in Silicon Valley, Southern California and Texas by establishing the Southwest regional offices
  • Managing Director in charge of HSP's Southern California & Texas regions. I managed a portfolio of several dozen of the firm's key clients, as well as managed, recruited, hired and trained new client services team members
  • Director of Sales (West Coast) for a company that grew from 5 to 200+ over the 6 years of my tenure
  • Highlights:
  • Closing deals - I was the chief rainmaker. I considered myself an operator but love the art of the deal (and solving problems for my clients)
  • Member of HSP Executive Team
  • Frequently featured as a keynote speaker throughout Silicon Valley, as a frequent advisor to high growth companies on international legal, HR and tax matters
  • My tenure at HSP was wonderful, but ultimately I thought I had a more scalable strategy for globalizing business in mind, and was ready to strike out as an entrepreneur. I left HSP and traveled the world to build GP's global employment platform. I launched GP one year after my departure.

  • Built & managed a company that enabled resort directors throughout the Caribbean to outsource retreat planning while increasing resort occupancy rates and marketability. Via this venture, I realized that I am an entrepreneur at heart and love building businesses. I also learned that the island life was too slow paced for me. After wrapping up this business I went to business school in California.
