• Over the year the organisation has already shown more than 65% growth in operations, 150% growth in outreach and has received 4 National awards including one for the highest national contribution, and 1 International award, marking one of its best years yet. It also enhanced its business model to include various new strategic events, as well as revamped its recruitment, branding and talent management strategies.

If they're interested, I search for viable candidates from our extensive database of students and working professionals from over 113 countries, that will fit the company's requirements. I then set up interview schedules and once a candidate is chosen, I handle all the formalities right from visa applications to accommodation in Mumbai to picking up the intern at the airport, just to ensure that the Trainee has a happy arrival and has everything organised for him/her to live and work comfortably in Mumbai. I also carry out regular follow-ups with the Trainee and the Company and work out any problems they might have to ensure both have a smooth and wonderful experience

• Worked with the team that managed the real estate assets around the outskirts of Mumbai. Also worked on a project to monetize one of these by starting an organic farming venture to cultivate, manufacture and sell organic turmeric. Was exposed to purchase, sales and management of existing and new properties and its various stakeholders as well as agricultural production and sales.
