  • Initial scrutiny of the bio-data, screening the candidates through personal interviews, testing their subject knowledge, skills and to assess the confidence level, communication skills, attitude and overall appearance.
  • Weeding out undesirable profiles, follow-up after forwarding resumes to clients and arranging the interviews of short listed candidates.
  • Maintaining computerized & manual database of applications along with short listed candidates.
  • Independently briefing the candidates with regard to Co. profile, its clientele, employment terms & conditions, benefits etc., also addressing to their queries (if any) negotiation followed by making final offer.
  • Discussing with the Clients to decide the salary of the candidate vis-vis Industry Standards, that takes cognizance of the factors like his education, relevant experience, projects & skills worked on, past employment history, responsibilities & profile in the project, communication skills etc.
  • Interacting & communicating with people all over the world from different culture.
  • Get in touch with the candidates before joining and after selection as well.
