About

Human resource management is an area of industry and commerce that is ever increasing in importance. It is an area that has gone from strength-to-strength, as it emphasizes on the workforce that has developed in recent years. I have worked in the Recruitment side of the function as you see in my career graph. This decision was made with the intention to learn how HR decision like Interviewing, Testing of Applicants, New Hire Orientation etc. made by the company.
