• I had been involved extensively in implementing the in-house and market standard solutions for Trade Compliance and Business Communication Monitoring & Surveillance and Archival solution. It includes liaising with various stakeholders, IT solution teams if developers, solution & data architect, legal, regulatory, contracts and support team. I had also been an IT Advisor in compliance space where I was involved in budgeting, resourcing and planning strategy for the compliance organization. I had been responsible for handling multiple applications like Case Management for all compliance applications, archival solutions and creating various compliance reports from scratch; and also debugging existing reports and designing them in standardized way.
• I have led several streams like Tools suggestions and template creation in Capability building and defining the best practices in Business Analysis Assurance Framework.
• Also, I am the ally for People with Disabilities in the organization and educate teams regarding documents & tools accessibility and organizing various events which helps in inculcating the mindset of inclusion that helps the organization being more inclusive and sensitive towards needs of PWDs.

• Delivered the solutions in EMIR and REMIT regulatory reporting that involves collaborations with various contracts, regulatory and IT team. Manage the end to end transaction reporting solution aligned to business and regulatory needs. Manage the delivery in agile fashion and educate the team regarding the same. It included the interactions with senior stakeholders and help them understand the solution with regulatory interpretations and definitions.
• I had also been part of team engagement core committee which is responsible for engaging teams at various intervals and keep the collaboration on.
