About

As the Global Head of IT for Customer Operations in Shell Downstream and Renewables, I am responsible for driving the digital strategy and delivering digital solutions for Shell’s Global Customer Operations serving more than 1 million business customers across 20+ countries. I lead a global team of 400+ digital professionals to set the broader strategy for customer operations to leverage new technology like AI while also building the foundational capabilities of data and integration with existing enterprise technology including Customer Relationship management and eCommerce solutions. I have successfully delivered similar roles for Shell Chemicals, Finance and Shell Trading and am a recognised global leader for digital transformation. Prior to Shell, I have multi disciplinary experience in consultancy firms. I hold a masters degree in Theoretical Physics and an MBA degree with specialisation in Corporate Finance. I have experience in working with global teams, across multiple cultures with a passion to lead change and develop future talent for a world that is ready for better tomorrow.
