• Koch is the world leader and subsidiaries are involved in the manufacturing, refining, and distribution of petroleum, chemicals, energy, etc. I am managing high performing team of 8 that delivers HR operations services to our customers and consumer for India's enterprises.
• As Leader of 10+ members team, the role involved managing end-to-end HR operations for 5 legal enterprises, supporting and influencing the business transformation HR matters such as Process, Project transition, automation and digitalization, and finally landing central HR initiatives locally. I had the privilege of being part of the team that grew one of the largest capability center in Bangalore.
