Hi all, I am the Global HR Business Partner for the STS segment (Simulation & Testing Solutions) within Siemens Digital Industries Software. I have more then 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management and I like working in HR because of the variety of responsibilities: both strategic and transactional, supporting the business and working with people. I have build up my HR experience in various functions in the automotive industry, semiconductor business and software/IT companies I live in Huldenberg, I am married to Wim and have two children, Linde and Jan. In my free time I like to play badminton, walking, cycling and photography.
