My Career has two distinct phases. In my first phase of almost six years, I handled hardcore Sales and Marketing assignments in pharmaceutical and FMCG organizations. The second phase of my career started with an entrepreneurial venture in the domain of staffing. For a span of more than a decade now; I have provided hiring solutions to various clients in sectors like Real Estate, Infrastructure, Banking, Insurance, Media, Education, BPO/ KPO and many more. With focus on Cost Optimization, low budgets, cost control and even lesser turnaround time I have an approach to share with a growing organization that will enable to bring the best out of every personnel of the company.
