I apply Design Thinking to ask if we are solving the right problem, Human-centric thinking because businesses exist for humanity's benefit not shareholders alone, Systems Thinking since things don't happen in vacuum, and Integrative thinking to bring them all together. I try to enable those who serve those usually at the receiving end of organizations and institutions, be they customers, employees, end users, students, children, or wildlife.
