• Unlocking seamless shopping experiences of Sellfie e-commerce mobile app 🛍️.
• Sellfie allowed users to accept payments for offline enquiries, custom requests and regular orders without having to make the customer go through an ordeal. Post-demonetisation, customers weren’t comfortable with the cash-on-delivery orders. So, we would send them the Sellfie links, which would enable the customers to make the payment online. This is where the Sellfie platform further helped users ease the cash crunch and keep the business going.
• From understanding user behaviour to choreographing interactions, I design each tap, swipe, and scroll with precision. Guided by empathy and armed with wireframes, I shape the visual symphony that guides shoppers effortlessly from discovery to checkout.
