My L'Oréal Journey
MLJ project is about giving employees visibility with clear transparency on potential career moves in L'Oréal to grow in the organization.
1.Scouting and identifying the external partner to work with on the career tree tool. Work on the UI/ UX of the tool from a employee’s lens to give maximum value to the project . Creating the BRD for tech vendors to drive UI/ UX development .
2. Shadowing on the career tree mapping to gain insights on the program and then consolidate the learnings into visuals that can be used for awareness and further cascade . Also gather inputs for Manager and employee Play Books Coordinate with internal stakeholders to bring to action the tool changes . Create the final version of the career trees based on the action plans created in collaboration with HR BPs.
3.Scout and help identify facilitators for " Crucial Conversation " workshop for Managers and Employees . Work on the communication and awareness plan (pre-launch , during launch and post-launch ) to be rolled out to managers and employees .
