It is a very impactful project that gave stiff competition to its competitors in such a way that it gave way to mergers in the telecom industry.
  • I was a part of the sales and distribution team during my Summer Internship as a part of my MBA course.
  • My internship was broken down to five projects in such a way that it completed one cycle of my learning. I was a part of a new initiative that would not only benefit the company in terms of turnover but at the same time create job opportunities to the needy. Therefore, a pilot project was conducted in parts of the country. The on boarding, training and incentivizing plans for the new joinees was my first project. Later, analyzing the improvements in their work cycle and motivating them was also a part of my learning. Identifying the top and the low performing ones in order to duplicate their activities became my third project. Upselling them through the incentive plans and appreciating their efforts at NHQ level became the base of escalating sales in those deep-rooted villages.
  • Received a first hand knowledge on how things work pan India. It helped me to realize my true potentials by working within the set deadlines. Gave me an insight of the deeper part of the country and the problems faced by the rural people that contributes to the major percentage of the Indian population.
