Over the past several years, my ambition and passion have culminated in founding ProTribe Global, a startup dedicated to people, talent, organisational development and culture. Our vision is to partner with organisations globally to help create and sustain a balance between organisational culture and performance. Our mission is to support organisations in establishing emotionally intelligent, optimally performing people and structures, blending human emotions, technology, and artificial intelligence. My journey began in Hospitality Management, but my determination and passion for influencing people's lives led me to HR. I overcame personal challenges, such as bullying and managing ADHD, which only fuelled my fire to make a difference. Talent Management became a natural progression. Working with diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences invigorates me. Throughout my career, I've helped traditional companies and startups scale robustly in talent solutions. As a senior-level HR professional and lifelong learner, I pursued a PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. This course helped me gain deeper insights and added depth to my professional journey, solidifying my expertise in HR. At ProTribe Global, we continuously strive to create a unique value proposition for all stakeholders, evolving with changing times and dynamics.
