• Conducting HR round of Interview.
• Arranging technical interviews for candidates, taking feedback from managers, sharing same with candidate.
• Following up with candidates until they join the organization.
• Joining Formalities & Induction:
• Initiating joining formalities like document verification, filling company forms.
• Induction and orientation of new joiners.
• Updating personnel files and preparing appointment letter.
• Other Tasks:
• Building database on company ERP and regularly maintaining it.
• Preparing documents like confirmation letter, relieving letter, salary certificate.
• Arranging parties, sending birthday mailers.
• Daily input of attendance and leave data in ERP, doing monthly correction and providing details to Finance department for salary processing.
