About

I’ve spent my career building products inside systems that weren’t designed to move fast - healthcare, identity, data and enterprises in general - and finding ways to make them work better for the people they’re supposed to serve. What I’ve learned is that technology doesn’t fix broken systems by itself. It gives good people better leverage. At Innovaccer (Series F health-tech), I led AI/ML-powered applications used by 100K+ clinicians and 150+ health systems like Kaiser and Banner, helping care teams manage 50M+ patients. It was messy, high-stakes work where “good enough” didn’t count, and every workflow had a face behind it. At Lybrate (consumer digital health, backed by Tiger Global), I helped build one of India’s first digital health platforms, scaling to connect 100M+ people with 200K providers. We were in the business of building trust in a market that had never had digital healthcare before. At ID.me, I’ve worked on extending digital identity beyond government forms - turning it into a platform that helps 130M+ people access what they’ve earned more easily and securely. My approach to building is shaped by curiosity and restraint. I like to observe before I decide, to understand systems from the inside out. I’ve learned that the best ideas come quietly - from listening to users, data, and teammates until the signal becomes clear. I think in cause and effect, not features and roadmaps. I care about the chain of consequences a product sets in motion - across people, organizations, and time. I’m methodical, but not slow. I value teams that move fast with clarity, not chaos. I tend to create order where others see noise by asking simple questions and holding people (myself included) to honest answers. My decisions usually come down to a few things: - Is this a system worth improving? - Are we building something that compounds - trust, data, reputation, or time? - And will this still matter a decade from now? I’m drawn to hard problems with high human consequence - places where empathy and precision have to coexist. That’s where I do my best work.

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, leading initiatives to make digital identity a foundation for trusted access across sectors - from healthcare and government to commerce and community benefits.
  • Today, 130+ million Americans rely on ID.me to verify identity with agencies like the IRS, SSA, and VA, and increasingly to access healthcare services, veterans’ benefits, and commercial offers from 5000+ partners including Apple, Tesla, and Under Armour.
  • My work focuses on expanding the platform’s value beyond verification - transforming it into a digital wallet that connects users to the benefits, rewards, and services they’re eligible for. The goal: reduce friction in how people prove who they are, access care, and claim what they’ve earned, all through a single trusted identity.
  • ~$200M+ in ARR, $2B+ valuation.

Stealth ai startup

Co-Founder

Jan 2023Jan 2024 · 1 yr · San Francisco Bay Area

  • Frustrated by seeing engineering teams spend more time maintaining software than innovating, I co-founded this startup to help reclaim that time.
  • Built an LLM-powered AI agent framework to automate technical debt resolution - including legacy code migrations and dependency upgrades - so teams could ship faster with confidence.
  • Led go-to-market and design partner strategy, shaping positioning, pricing, and early partnerships with enterprise engineering orgs.
  • Exited in 2024 (company has since pivoted).
  • This work was driven by the same belief that’s shaped my career - when technology handles the repetitive and procedural, people can focus on what truly moves outcomes forward.
