• Worked as a combined consultant to generate ideas for improved end user experience, and the business model.
• This involved a full event, category and artist management portal, as well as providing a system for fans to list their tickets for sale, and to purchase tickets from other fans.
• The website is linked to a card processing system, and is fully automated with minimal administrative tasks. The application built can handle transactions and orders of up to £100,000 per day.
• I was also in charge of managing the Google AdWords interface which involved managing a budget between £10,000-20,000 per day.
• Technologies used; Zend/HTML5/CSS2/jQuery.

• The interface is a 3 tier structure, one for the admin, one for clients and one for candidates. The interface also includes a job application form and an online test.
• Due to my efforts, the system has saved the company 20% of its yearly expenses and has a full timesheet system, driver and client database, contact system, staff calendar sharing facility and a backup facility.
• I also developed a platform for their clients to see available drivers and, and candidates can see previously and current working hours.

• I was a contractor (working alone) dealing with clients directly to ensure criteria are met and to give them guidance as to what they would require and how to expand their businesses.

• Developed using my own MVC environment, using a full cache system and with full server optimisation,
• My developed system was able to handle sales such as the Michael Jackson UK Tour.
• The system included full reports, delivery reports, daily statistics and full event, category, customer and order management.
