I have spent 15+ years crafting data-driven products for enterprises. I've had the privilege of several unique relationships with product building - relationships that have helped me develop a deep empathy for cross functional teams and product practices - all while putting the customer first. I am very passionate about helping high performance teams find their rhythm, dig deep, connect with their purpose and uncover both strategic and tactical alignment. I spend a significant amount of my time coaching teams and have found great joy in doing so, while delivering results to individuals, teams and the business. I am passionate about learning, technology, products and AI, and the power that they hold. Power that must be tapped into to solve some of humanity's hardest problems over the next few decades. Outside of work, I enjoy running, sport, poker, content, and fatherhood - and I'm almost always in the middle of a podcast or two.
