I have never thought of myself as an "innovation guy," but looking back there's a pattern: multi-user profiles before Netflix, unified billing before Airtel Black and more recently, Naukri's 'Early Access Roles' feature surfacing the hidden job market. What ties these together is an ability to blend user and business insight with creative solutions that scale. In my previous role as Head of Product at Naukri, I led the transformation of India's largest recruitment platform into AI-powered infrastructure; from taxonomy-driven discovery to AI agents for recruiters & jobseekers and GenAI-powered career services. This foundation now shapes my expanded remit as Chief Business Officer for IIMJobs, Hirist and NaukriGulf, where I focus on scaling these businesses with product-led thinking, strong operating discipline and a long-term view of customer value.
