Neeraj is the leader for the growing Azure Edge + Platform organization at Microsoft India and is Partner GM of Engineering responsible for leading the Microsoft Edge and Platform teams in India and US. During his long year career at various organizations in the US and in India, Neeraj has demonstrated engineering excellence, innovation, and strong organization leadership over multiple roles at the various organizations. Having spent almost 14 years in US and last more than 12 years in India, Neeraj understands the culture on the biggest Tech centers of the world. Neeraj is currently responsible for exploring new technology directions, articulating a long-term technical vision, developing effective engineering processes, partnering with key stakeholders to build a strong internal and external brand and recruiting, mentoring, and growing great talent. Has track record of innovations in Cloud, Server virtualization, opensource, System software, modernization, distributed systems and hybrid management.
